With over 25 years of experience in the catering industry, our owner Krzysztof brings a wealth of knowledge, passion, and creativity to every dish served at The Narrows. His dedication to food has taken him across Europe, including Italy, France, Germany, Portugal, and Poland, where he has explored local cuisines, traditional cooking techniques, and gained inspiration through meeting experienced chefs. These journeys have helped shape a style of cooking that combines international influences with a love for quality ingredients, comforting flavours, and dishes prepared with care.
